Our WellnessMD Team wants you to succeed; therefore, Participants are expected to fulfill certain requirements of commitment to obtain the desired outcome they wish to achieve. Please note that the more time, effort and energy you invest into the program, the more you will benefit from it!

We believe that Nutrition is critical to health. The better you comply with a diet advised in your program, the sooner you will see results.

At WellnessMD we believe that a healthy mind is essential to a healthy body. A big component of our program is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Health Coaching principles.
